Qualifications

• Prior experience in Sev-1 / P1 incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle from detection to resolution and closure.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams.
• Prepare incident reports, including timeline, technical details, corrective actions.
