Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows and reliability testing.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin for collaboration with Asia and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a supplier quality management system.
• Plan VDA6.3 and IATF16949 audits at test suppliers.
• Lead root cause analysis for test related issues.
• Drive suppliers towards a zero-defect strategy.
