Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Serve as the key liaison with government authorities (MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc.) on employee matters, and coordinate with SFA and the management board on licensing and operational issues.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation.
- Handle applications and renewals of employee work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administer payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary computation, verification of reports, and timely communication of payroll details to employees and managers.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries, including those concerning overtime, allowances, and incentives.
- Maintain and update the HR database and employee records for monthly manpower reporting and analytical purposes.
- Oversee employee insurance and medical benefit schemes, ensuring timely processing and submission of claims.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary, and counselling cases, providing guidance and support to managers where necessary.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend actions for organizational improvement.
- Perform general administrative duties, including office supplies procurement, guest reception, office maintenance, and vendor/service contract management.
- Handle company trademark administration, including document preparation for local and overseas registrations and coordination with intellectual property firms.
- Support ad-hoc HR and administrative projects or assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR or related functions.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to contribute effectively in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated, well-organized team player with the ability to work independently and professionally with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates high integrity and discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Willing to work overtime when necessary to meet operational needs.
