Job summary

An established MNC in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensure compliance with local HR regulations, and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on HR experience.   • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings and interviewing.
  • Handle work pass applications in line with local regulations.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Facilitate employment contract signings.
  • Support performance appraisals and promotions.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate training.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with MOM regulations.
  • Administer employee insurance matters.
  • Manage staff benefits and attendance records.
  • Assist in HR policy development and updates.
  • Support employee engagement activities and events.
  • Liaise with government agencies on HR matters.
