Job summary

An established multinational company in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment and onboarding, support talent acquisition strategies, and champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience. Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior HR Executive :

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and support talent acquisition strategies.
  • Champion employee engagement, organisational change, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Act as the key HR contact for assigned departments, providing timely advice aligned with HR and business strategies.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries submitted via internal platforms and support resolution of workplace concerns.
  • Promote employee well‑being by ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and handling employee relations cases.
  • Coordinate and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including regional performance tracking and promotion cycles.
  • Assist in the handling of performance improvement plans and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with PDPA and internal governance standards.
  • Deliver HR support in accordance with relevant laws and internal HR policies, balancing regulatory compliance with business needs.
  • Collaborate with the SEA Regional HR team on the development and execution of HR strategies and cross-border projects.
  • Perform other HR duties and ad hoc tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Solid understanding of MOM's labor legislation, including the Employment Act.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Independent, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Additional Information
  • Salary : Up to SGD 5,500 +AWS+VB (2 - 3 Months)
  • Working Location : Labrador Park
  • Working Hours : 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
