Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Admin to oversee full-cycle HR functions, including regional recruitment and payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and be well-versed in MOM regulations and performance appraisal systems. Manage full‑cycle regional recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and administer the company’s manual performance appraisal system, ensuring timely submissions, tracking, and consolidation of results.

Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.

Handle payroll administration, including data entry, monthly payroll processing, leave and attendance verification, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS submissions, etc.).

Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and ensure proper documentation for all HR processes.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Manage full‑cycle regional recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and administer the company’s manual performance appraisal system, ensuring timely submissions, tracking, and consolidation of results.
  • Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.

Administrative & Office Support
  • Provide personal assistant (PA) support to management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Support general office administration such as procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and training sessions.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to regional hiring.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and hands‑on experience with Work Pass applications.
  • Experience in manual appraisal systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR administrative tools/software.
