Job summary

A leading seasoning producer is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive/Senior Executive in Singapore. The role includes developing strategies for Modern Trade customers, managing commercial negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include a diploma/degree in Sales and Marketing, at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven B2B sales & marketing experience within FMCG and Modern Trade.
  • Proficient in using Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
  • Experience working in a Japanese company would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes and strategies for Modern Trade customers.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and conduct business reviews.
  • Manage commercial negotiations to support sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans.
  • Drive product penetration and promotional initiatives.

Excellent communication in English and Mandarin
Relationship management
Data processing in Microsoft Excel
Strong interest in food business
