We are seeking a highly capable Finance PMO with strong finance domain knowledge to lead complex financial-data, audit, and system-integration initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering, responsible for driving project design and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet financial accuracy and auditability standards.
The ideal candidate understands both finance operations and project delivery, and can translate finance needs into actionable system.
Partner with Product/Data/Engineering to convert finance requirements into clear, structured technical specifications.
Lead the design of automated finance processes (journal automation, reconciliation automation, reporting automation) and ensure solutions align with finance logic and audit needs.
Design solutions across ERP, finance middle platforms, reconciliation engines, budgeting tools, and automation workflows.
Drive end-to-end implementation of finance systems, ensuring designs meet accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and cross-team integration standards.
Translate finance processes into executable system workflows—GL posting logic, data validation rules, reconciliation logic, approval flows—and ensure accurate technical integration.
Lead QA/UAT from a finance standpoint, define acceptance criteria, validate financial data accuracy, and ensure production rollout supports month-end close and audit cycles reliably.
Deliver structured, concise communication to Executive management team, Finance Directors, CFO, Product, and Engineering teams.
Produce high-quality project documentation, including PRDs, data-flow diagrams, testing plans, risk assessments, audit packages, and cutover plans.
Facilitate steering committees, weekly checkpoints, and issue-resolution sessions with clarity, ownership, and execution discipline.
5+ years experience in Finance PMO, Finance Product, Finance Analyst, or similar roles.
Solid knowledge of financial operations: GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, billing, audit mechanisms, etc.
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage Finance ↔ Product/Data/Engineering alignment.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, and financial platforms (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Alteryx, etc.).
Understanding of data structures, SQL, data quality management, and finance data models.
Proven ability to operate under great pressure across multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Experience in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume transaction environments.
Experience in financial digitalization, middle-office systems, reconciliation platforms, or ERP migration.
Experience with products, or financial data pipelines.
Understanding of the cryptocurrency / digital assets industry, including transaction flows, asset movements, reconciliation challenges, regulatory considerations, and crypto-native financial operations.
