• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long‑term strategic planning for APAC.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports, variance analysis, and KPIs.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive performance improvements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred.
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
