Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our APAC Regional Vision Care Finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance across the region. You will collaborate closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver key financial goals and enable sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Deliver key targets for the APAC Vision Care business, with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
    • Partner with regional commercial leaders to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with growth ambitions.
    • Prepare and consolidate annual forecasts, rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc financial reports.
  • Forecasting & Reporting
    • Lead the timely submission of franchise sales forecasts, PVM (Plan vs. Market), and BvA (Budget vs. Actual) reports.
    • Support the preparation of business review presentations and financial analyses related to innovation launches, cost-saving initiatives, and portfolio management.
  • Strategic Decision Support
    • Drive insightful financial analysis to support informed decision-making, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
    • Enable faster, data-driven decisions that contribute to sustainable business outcomes.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Champion a strong compliance culture by shaping and maintaining a robust and integrated compliance framework.
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards across the APAC Vision Care region.


About you:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience or above in financial, accounting and/or auditing.


Personal Skills
  • Proven ability with multinational companies, or with int'l auditing firms. FP&A experience is preferable.
  • Excellent spoken & written English.
  • Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes.
  • Strong influencer, independent thinking, and strong planning / prioritization are essential to success.
  • Experienced professional with strong communication skills who can work well with senior management is preferable. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (presenting and listening), with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills in proposing well-founded conclusions and recommendation with an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, adaptability, maturity and good judgment.
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity and trustworthiness, with the ability to work independently and to plan and implement projects with minimum supervision and to complete work within required deadlines
