Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL.
• Prepare month-end closing, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Ensure GST and corporate tax compliance and liaise with auditors.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare month-end closing, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports
• Ensure GST, corporate tax, and statutory compliance; liaise with auditors
• Monitor retail sales, expenses, POS/e-commerce reconciliation
• Track inventory and cost of sales; analyze store profitability and SKUs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA equivalent
• 3–5 years accounting experience (retail/e-commerce preferred)
• Knowledge of GST and Singapore tax
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/SAP)
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Retail or beauty industry experience
• Inventory/cost accounting experience
• Payroll/CPF knowledge
