The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for the Eureka Institute for Translational Medicine (Eureka Institute). This will encompass managing its online community and website, leading and executing local outreach events, providing support for its strategic initiatives and the daily operations of the Institute under the direction of the Eureka Leadership.

In addition, the Executive will be assigned to provide project support to select STIIC projects, and play a part in providing administrative support to STIIC.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ of relevant experience
  • Experienced in leading and managing events independently
  • Experienced in developing event marketing collaterals
  • Experienced in building and managing website content and online communities
  • Experienced in providing operational support to not for profit organisations
  • Possess good organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Be resourceful, adaptable, and have the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency with Apple iOS applications (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) is preferable
