Job description

You will provide administrative support in the daily management and operations of clinical trials in the Department of Haematology. Duties include:

1. Perform liaison functions with key stakeholders.

2. Assist in planning and organising all events such as meetings, conferences, forums and other research and educational events.

3. Coordinate department’s research activities, e.g. consortium setup as applicable.

4. Track research outcomes.

5. Involved in the planning, coordination, utilization and management of resources including funds.

6. Clinical trials and project management administrative support

7. Main contact person for the department’s clinical trials overview

8. Assist Principal Investigators in clinical trials feasibilities, star-up preparation and site closure activities

9. Facilitate on boarding of new Clinical Research Coordinators and Executives

Job requirements:
  • General degree, preferably with 2-3 years of executive or relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Software.
  • Organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently and with others.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
