Job description

The Senior Executive, Person-Centred Care (PCC), supports the Division of Population Health & Integrated Care (PHIC) in advancing person-centred care initiatives across SGH and SingHealth, including the ESTHER Network Singapore Programme. He/She works closely with the Head, Person-centred care to drive strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, project and programme management, monitoring and evaluation, and operational support for ESTHER Network Singapore to integrate person-centred care into population health efforts. He/She will also engage community partners, patients and caregivers in person-centred care activities, while driving education, training, and service innovation to foster a culture of person-centric improvement in care delivery. The roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Provide administrative, secretariat and operational support to the Head, PCC team and ESTHER Champions. Assist with day-to-day administrative duties that include and are not limited to managing correspondences, preparing reports, maintaining up-to-date records, budgeting, work plan, resource management.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, training, and events, including scheduling, booking of venue and invitations.
  • Design and manage publicity materials, update intranet/ electronic systems.
  • Maintain and update databases of coaches, network members, sponsors, and partner organizations under ESTHER Network Singapore.
  • Compile statistics and prepare reports as required.
  • Provide research support for focus groups, data mining for evaluation and publication purposes.
  • Coordinate registration, training, feedback and evaluation for ESTHER Network programmes.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and scaling of person-centred initiatives aligned with population health and integrated care goals.
  • Assist in planning and organizing ESTHER Festival and other events.
  • Assist Head, PCC to identify and pursue funding opportunities to sustain and expand PCC in alignment with population health and integrated care programmes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Social Work, Allied Health, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or Science with relevant healthcare experience) preferred.
  • Prior experience in programme management, healthcare improvement would be beneficial.
  • Possess strong oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative, operational, and project management skills.
  • Analytical skills for data management and programme evaluation.
