Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Contract Administrative Support role, responsible for reviewing legal documents related to trademark disputes, drafting communication, and providing procedural support. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, meticulous, and possess strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma is required. Experience in intellectual property is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of intellectual property or legal procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Review documents related to trademark disputes.
  • Draft and issue letters to parties involved in disputes.
  • Provide procedural support to the dispute resolution team.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Conduct research and make arrangements for overseas trips.
  • Coordinate RSVPs, logistics, and event follow-ups for conferences.
  • Prepare and update administrative programmes for overseas visits.
  • Format PowerPoint presentation slides.
  • Support other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Duration: Contract (Nov 2025 – Jun 2026, extendable to Jul 2026)

Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm; Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities
  • Review documents related to trademark disputes
  • Draft and issue letters to parties involved in disputes
  • Provide procedural support to the dispute resolution team
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Conduct research and make arrangements for overseas trips (flights, hotels, restaurants)
  • Coordinate RSVPs, logistics, and event follow-ups for conferences, panels, and roundtables
  • Prepare and update administrative programmes for overseas visits
  • Format PowerPoint presentation slides
  • Support other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
