Senior Executive – Human Resources (Payroll & HR Operations)

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to oversee end-to-end payroll administration and employee tax processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements. You will also support the onboarding and deployment of temporary and project-based staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Employee Administration:
  • Manage the full payroll cycle for all employment types (full-time, part-time, temporary, project-based), including accurate monthly processing, CPF submissions, payroll consolidation, audit preparation, and government reporting.

  • Prepare and distribute month-end payroll reports to internal stakeholders promptly.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies on compliance matters and handle government-related claims.
  • Administer employee tax processes, including annual tax submissions, tax clearance, and advisory support.
  • Manage leave administration, including time-off arrangements and government-paid leave schemes.
Temporary/Project-Based Staff Deployment:
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and support the onboarding of temporary or project-based staff.
  • Issue employment contracts and facilitate documentation requirements.
  • Support orientation and induction activities for new staff.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory and accreditation standards.
HR Operations Support:
  • Provide operational and administrative support across HR programs, projects, and initiatives to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong numerical skills.
  • Minimum 4 years payroll experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and digital tools; HRIS experience a plus.
