A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive for HR Performance & Rewards. This role involves partnering with HR teams on compensation and benefits activities, supporting budget planning, and managing annual performance cycles. Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills related to claims and billing management are required. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives.
As a Senior Executive, HR Performance & Rewards, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Work in partnership with internal HR teams on compensation and benefits–related activities and initiatives, including analysis and investigative work.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budget cycle exercises, including tracking expenditures against approved budgets.
Support the annual budget planning process and work closely with the Finance team to ensure proper budget allocation and governance are adhered to.
Assist in the annual performance management cycle in collaboration with key leads, HR Business Partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Develop timeline plans, track completion rates, provide support to line managers and staff, and collate and analyse data and reports for moderation exercises and approval processes.
Process and track claims and billings to ensure timely submission and payment processing.
Maintain accurate records of all claims and billing activities, and investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payment processes.
Undertake projects and assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
