Job description

Our client is looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resource functions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to meet manpower requirements, deliver effective HR services, ensure policy compliance, and support employee engagement initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational guidelines
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries on HR matters such as leave, benefits, performance management, and workplace practices
  • Support performance management cycles, employee engagement activities.
  • Support staff grievance handling and disciplinary processes, including case documentation, investigations, and adherence to due process
  • Assist in HR projects, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience.
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience will be explored for Senior Executive position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems is an advantage
