Job Responsibilities

The Kickstart Exercise and Empower Parkinson's (KEEP) Program is an evidence-based community rehabilitation initiative.

Unlike the current reactive approach to Parkinson's rehabilitation, KEEP aims to intervene early, from the point of diagnosis to slow disease progression, maintain function and enable people with Parkinson's to remain independent in the community for longer with improved quality of life.

The incumbent will support the KEEP Program by contributing to effective collaboration with various partners to enhance patient enrollment. This role provides an opportunity to develop analytical skills and contribute to improvements in rehabilitation care and patient flow under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support processing of patient referrals to program centres via Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) under guidance.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support data entry, extraction, and compilation for regular stakeholder reporting
  • Assist in monitoring financial activities and support basic budget-related tasks and documentation related to the project
  • Provide administrative support for workgroup meetings
  • Support implementation of rehabilitation care improvements and patient flow enhancement initiatives
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support programme and institute objectives
