Key Responsibilities

Media Management

• Develop and implement media announcements, media kits, press releases, briefing documents, and speeches

• Create visual concepts and infographics to support media storytelling

• Build relationships with media partners and maintain updated media contact lists

• Support crisis and issues management

• Track publicity results and assess communication effectiveness

Content Production

• Create, edit, and manage content for digital platforms, including social media and websites

• Develop employer-branding, patient-centric, and community engagement stories

• Ensure all content aligns with organisational tone, branding, and strategic objectives

Campaign Development & Execution

• Plan and implement integrated communication campaigns for services, programmes, and events

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely rollout

• Evaluate campaign performance and apply insights to future initiatives

Project Management & Support

• Support event management and cross-functional projects

• Review and proofread communication materials and department collaterals

• Provide administrative and operational support to the communications team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of experience in media relations, social media content creation, and campaign execution
