Job summary

A leading provider of IP expertise in Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive in Business Development. You will support various activities including market research and stakeholder engagement to aid in the execution of business strategies aligned with the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of business development experience, alongside excellent communication skills. Senior Executive, Business Development

Reporting to the team lead, you will join a dynamic team focused on business development with foreign public agencies, associations, private entities, and universities with the aim to deliver results aligned to the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. As a Senior Executive in the Business Development team, you will learn and grow through supporting various activities such as identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and engaging stakeholders to promote the IPOS Group’s suite of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing go-to-market strategies and outreach plans for China and other regional markets
  • Conduct market research and compile intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining contact databases
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral tailored to different audiences
  • Maintain and update business development dashboards, tracking pipeline progress and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives or organisation-wide activities
