We are seeking a proactive and polished Senior Executive, Board Programmes to join the SID Academy. This is a crucial role designed to support our Academy in expanding our reach and impact within the corporate sector. Your primary mission is to drive the adoption of SID
Academy's programmes by identifying, nurturing, and securing new corporate clients in Singapore and regionally.
Pipeline & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and research target companies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage inbound inquiries and conduct targeted outbound outreach to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads through effective needs analysis, setting the stage for successful engagement by the Senior Manager.
- Meticulously maintain client data, relationships and track revenue activities.
- Deliver compelling presentations, reports, and proposals on programme metrics, updates, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee process efficiency, budget and cost management for key projects.
Account Management & Client Support
- Support the Senior Manager throughout the entire contracting cycle, from initial meeting preparation, proposal submission to contract closing.
- Develop and customise compelling proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials that clearly articulate the value of SID Academy's offerings.
- Collaborate closely with associate faculty and programme delivery teams to ensure customised training solutions align perfectly with client needs
Market Intelligence & Networking
- Act as a brand ambassador for SID, representing the Academy with professionalism at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of corporate boards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in a B2B business development, for-profit education, or account management role.
- Proven track record of selling professional services, executive education, or corporate training solutions to senior-level takeholders (C-Suite, V-Suite, D-suite, Board Directors).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of executive presence.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
- A genuine interest in and understanding of corporate governance, business ethics, or directorship.
- Experience working within a professional membership body, non-profit, or academic institution.
- An existing network of contacts within the HR, L&D, or corporate leadership community in Singapore.
