Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Worklife & Facilitation

You will play a key role in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating all employee wellness initiatives, with the objective of creating a healthy, caring and happy working environment for the well-being of our employees. You will be involved in the budgeting, sourcing and management of vendors and the reviewing of their service quality. You will also manage and facilitate events and programmes including the handling of administrative and logistical matters.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with 4 years of working experience in addition to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Resourceful, outgoing, energetic, strong interpersonal skills with ability to exert assertiveness when work situations require
  • A team player with the ability to work and collaborate with different stakeholders and build rapport across all levels
  • Meticulous in performing administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Candidates with experience in events management and training facilitation will be advantageous
