  • Support the annual performance appraisal cycle including goal setting, moderation, promotions, and appeals, ensuring timely and accurate completion across all departments.

  • Coordinate the Employee Engagement Survey and follow‑up actions, analyze results, and support initiatives to enhance staff engagement and workplace culture.

  • Manage annual Conflict of Interest and Compliance Leave exercises, ensuring policy adherence and proper escalation of potential issues.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior management to prepare reports, facilitate sessions, and maintain clear communication throughout HR cycles.

  • Undertake any other projects as assigned



Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
