Overview

This position is part of an Administration Team which works as a unit to provide administrative and support functions to the Singhealth Duke-NUS Obstetrics and Gynaecology Academic Clinical Programme (OBGYN ACP) and Division of O&G. The role of the Senior Executive is to develop, assist and support administrative, clinical and research work for the Division / OBGYN ACP Chairman. The members of the Administration Team report to the Assistant Director of the OBGYN ACP / and Division of O&G with accountability to the Division / OBGYN ACP Chairman.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, assist and support administrative, clinical and research work for the Division / OBGYN ACP Chairman.
  • The Administration Team reports to the Assistant Director of the OBGYN ACP / Division of O&G with accountability to the Division / OBGYN ACP Chairman.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in any one (or more) of the multidisciplinary fields of biological sciences, health services research.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare organization.
  • Good writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
