Job summary

A global event agency is looking for a Team Lead to oversee corporate events and brand experiences for a major financial services client. You will lead a team, handle client relationships, and ensure seamless event delivery. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of event management experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English, with preferred Mandarin and/or Cantonese. This role is based either in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in event management, ideally within financial services.
• Proven people management experience to mentor and inspire a team.
• Strong track record delivering various types of events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team, managing workflows and team capacity.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, refining processes for efficiency.
• Manage the lifecycle of programmes, ensuring flawless event execution.
