As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will protect android devices from malware, privacy violations, and content abuse. By leveraging AI and building infrastructure. You will identify and address malicious code, harmful developers, and inappropriate content to ensure a secure android ecosystem, while ensuring a delightful experience for good developers.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's ռազմ computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the用途.

Responsibilities

• Manage the evolution of our review platform, empowering thousands of human reviewers to safeguard the Android app ecosystem.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with technical leads and leaders across global sites and product areas to define a goal, direction, and priorities.
• Design, guide and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and write product or system development code to solve problems.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
