Job summary

Your Job

Ensures that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949). Ensures all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple, and concise manner. Controls and maintains QMS compliance in his/her area of responsibility via Control System & Process audit and risk assessment.

Our Team

This role is part of the Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division (DSS) and will work closely with Molding, Stamping, Plating, Incoming QA, Assembly, PD, and all levels of employees from various internal departments, as well as other Molex entities. It also involves interaction with external sub-contractors, customers, and third-party certification bodies.

What You Will Do:
  • Ensure company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949).
  • Document company policies, procedures, and work instructions clearly and concisely.
  • Control and maintain QMS compliance through audits and risk assessments.
  • Maintain the company library of compliance resources.
  • Coordinate and maintain the PCN process and system.
  • Monitor key quality indicators and implement plans to meet goals.
  • Execute high-level quality strategic plans.
  • Lead teams to analyze QMS process issues and drive improvements.
  • Identify Customer Specific Requirements and ensure personnel training.
  • Review and update Quality Management System procedures.
  • Liaise with engineers on QMS related issues.
  • Conduct system audits and participate in customer/supplier audits.
  • Prepare and submit management reports on audits and compliance incidents.
  • Develop communication and engagement for PCN processes.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and PCNs are closed on schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
  • Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
  • 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, basic GDT or technical drawing understanding.
  • Leadership experience and statistics knowledge.
  • QMS auditing experience.
What Will Put You Ahead:
  • Relevant experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and QC core tools (e.g., SPC, 8D reporting, control plan, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP).
  • Experience with statistical tools like Minitab and SAP.
  • Certified Internal Auditor.
