Job Scope

• Able to assist in tender pricing of ACMV project/ Alteration & Additional Work.
• Data Entry for the project material delivery, Bill of Quantity and Tender Pricing.
• Serves as liaison between the user and in-house contractor on all ACMV related system.
• Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water) for individual room.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain the quotation from them.
2. Control and supervise workmen to make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety are complied.
3. Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices.
2. Conversant with local codes and regulations.
3. Is a good team player and is analytical and a problem solver.
4. Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
6. Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
