A leading healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage hospital facilities and systems, coordinate electrical shutdowns, and ensure compliance with fire safety requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant engineering field and has at least 3 years of experience. This role requires effective communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
You will manage hospital facilities and systems. This includes coordinating annual electrical shutdowns across hospital premises, maintaining existing structures and developing comprehensive programmes for planned maintenance and services. You will also manage service partners and contractors as well as provide technical advice to user departments. In addition, you will coordinate fire safety requirements and Green Mark certification tasks to ensure statutory compliance, investigate safety incidents and prepare reports.
