Job responsibilities

We are seeking a digitally savvy and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and evolve our regional digital marketing strategy across East Asia within Eaton’s Electrical Sector. This pivotal role will drive brand visibility, optimize web performance, and accelerate lead generation through data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns.

As a senior contributor in a matrixed APAC organization, you will collaborate closely with regional and global teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives that align with business goals and customer needs.

  • A. Strategic Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across web, social media, email, and paid media channels.
  • B. Social Media Execution: Support daily implementation of APAC Electrical Sector campaigns on social media platform (LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • C. Email Marketing & Automation: Collaborate with regional Marcom teams to deploy Eloqua-based email campaigns, design forms and landing pages, and support system upgrades and enhancements.
  • D. Website Management & Localization: Oversee Eaton.com content rollout, localization, and continuous improvement for East Asia markets.
  • E. SEO & SEM Optimization: Partner with regional Marcom teams to drive Google Ads campaigns and enhance SEO performance through targeted content strategies.
  • F. Global Collaboration: Work with global peers to troubleshoot issues, implement new processes, and share best practices across regions.
  • G. Analytics & Insights: Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to deliver actionable insights and regular performance reports that inform strategy and improve ROI.
  • H. Field marketing support: Ready and willing to support regional business offline event to boost brand awareness as needed.
