Qualifications

Job Summary

Develops and refines design and documentation. Coordinates with clients, consultants, and contractors. Delivers project components with growing autonomy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs.
  • Prepare and manage architectural drawings and documentation, including revisions.
  • Coordinate design input with consultants, contractors, and external design teams.
  • Participate in meetings and site visits.
  • Conduct compliance checks according to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support project leaders with change documentation.

  • Ability to produce and coordinate comprehensive project documentation.
  • Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good understanding of built environment trends, technologies, digital tools, workflows.

Requirements & Attributes
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation;
  • Experience in large scale, hotel, mixed use development will be an advantage
  • Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
  • Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage
