Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation of DCS/PLC based system and Field Instrumentation. Familiar with PC based design system for sizing of Instruments.
• Knowledge with ESD, FGS, Telecom, CCTV, Access Control & PAGA System including relevant engineering design.
• Preparation of requisition and procurement of Instruments and Control Systems.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation Design and Hands-on ACAD drafting activities including 3D Design, Naviswork.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) will be an advantage.
• To communicate with Vendors and Clients for Detail Engineering and Construction Work.
• To perform Document Control System, As-Built Documents Preparation.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experiences in Conceptual Studies, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction Projects in Chemical & Energy, Marine & Offshore, FPSO/FPU industry.
• Knowledge with ISA Standards and other international standards for Instrumentation and Control.
• Good knowledge of Electronic Instruments, PLC and DCS system.
• Good knowledge of Instrument Signal Transmission and Signal Protocol.
• Proficiency in computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
