Job summary

A dynamic consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Department Head to lead daily operations and assist with inquiries and registrations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Service Department on daily operational matters.
  • Assist front counter walk-in inquiries & registration.
  • Handle online and phone-in registrations.
  • Perform any other administrative duties within the customer service department.
