Job Description

As a Senior Consultant (Multi-Project Delivery), you will be a high-impact, versatile consultant in the AI and Data domain, operating as a trusted generalist across multiple concurrent public sector engagements. You will pivot seamlessly between projects, delivering high-quality artifacts, providing hands‑on technical support, and ensuring consistent excellence in client outcomes while upholding NCS quality, security, and delivery standards.

What will you do?

Multi-Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead and contribute to multiple client engagements concurrently across different phases of delivery.
• Drive end-to-end delivery activities, from requirements gathering and analysis through solution support and UAT coordination.
• Produce clear, structured, and high-quality delivery artefacts aligned to project and client needs.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with mid-level government stakeholders.
• Support effective communication between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood and consistently met.

Technical & Analytical Support

• Support AI and data‑driven initiatives with hands‑on analysis and solution inputs.
• Apply data visualisation and reporting tools to support insights and decision‑making.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of cloud data platform concepts to support solution discussions.

Quality, Governance & NCS Standards

• Champion the NCS AEIOU beliefs across all engagements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with internal quality, security, and governance benchmarks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards and consulting best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of consulting experience, with a proven ability to manage and deliver across multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience supporting public sector or large enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
• Understanding of cloud data platform concepts.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate as a flexible generalist while maintaining high delivery standards.
