About the Role

We need a research-oriented, organized, and commercially-minded Conference Producer to develop, plan, and deliver high-quality business events (conferences, summits, or forums). You’ll be the driving force behind the content of each event – researching topics, inviting expert speakers, and ensuring the agenda is relevant, timely, and valuable to the audience. You will be the mind behind our events, with opportunities to build deep expertise and relationships with key leaders across the industries that you work on.

Job Scope :

• Research : Speak to industry experts and conduct market research to identify key trends and topics for the target market.
• Content Creation : Build engaging, informative conference agendas that solve business issues for delegates.
• Speaker Management : Invite and coordinate with high-level speakers, experts from the industry.
• Project Management : Oversee timelines and deliverables to ensure events stay on track.
• Collaboration : Work with marketing, sales, and operations to provide market insights, lead overall project management and take charge of on-day event.
• Innovation : Suggest new formats, themes, and ideas to constantly enhance our events.
