As a Senior Cloud Engineer, he/she is required to have technical hands-on skillsets and responsible for implementing and managing Cloud infrastructure platform and automation that leverage AWS and Azure services. The primary objective is to design and implement platform automation so to enhance operational efficiency and ensures security by design and compliance. He/she is also engaged in solution design reviews, cost and risk governance. This role aims to ensure a secure, robust, and resilient cloud platform that meets business requirements while adhering to organization policies and standards. Candidate should have good knowledge of industry best practices and DevSecOps methodologies and hands-on knowledge on scripting and programming languages.

Make an Impact by:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud platform and automation on AWS and Azure.
• Design and develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform, Bicep, CDK and Cloudformation to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources
• Collaborate with development/project teams to identify and implement cloud-based automation that meet orgnization, business and security needs.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that incorporate security and quality gating, following DevSecOps principles.
• Monitor cloud platform for performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents and alerts as necessary.
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud architectures to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Document cloud architecture, processes, and best practices for development and operation teams.
• Provide technical support and guidance for cloud-related queries and issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and DevSecOps.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3~4 years proven experience with cloud services on AWS/Azure, including architecture design and implementation
• Strong proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep and Cloudformation.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, Powershell) for automation tasks
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for cloud environment
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and risk management
• Documentation of architecture, standards and patterns.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation abilities
