Responsibilities

• Oversee patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management.
• Handle complex or escalated patient service issues and complaints.

• Supervise medication dispensing according to clinic SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, HCSA and PDPA requirements.
• Provide on-the-job supervision and mentoring to clinic assistants.
