A global payments leader in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant to manage client relationships and projects within the Client Services Tech Partnerships team. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction for Visa's key tech partners in Asia Pacific. An ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of relevant experience in payments, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong project management capabilities. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant payments experience in commercial and/or technical delivery supporting customers.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written capabilities.
• Ability to articulate complex technical and business issues to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operational relationships with Visa’s key global and regional Tech Partners.
• Develop and deliver operational account plans supporting key client objectives and Visa initiatives.
• Ensure seamless support of global fintech and non-FI clients.
