Job summary

Job Description
  • Business Development & Sales

    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, and networking activities.

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with employers, decision-makers, and industry contacts.

    • Pitch company's app offerings effectively, tailoring solutions to client needs.

    • Drive client conversions and hit/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaboration & Strategy

    • Work with the Tech team to provide client feedback that enhances platform features and user experience.

    • Partner with the Comms team to design outreach campaigns and materials that boost client engagement.

    • Share market insights and competitor analysis to refine BD strategies.

  • Client Management & Growth

    • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

    • Track and analyse performance metrics to improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of business development, sales, or client management experience (recruitment or HR tech industry preferred).

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Singaporeans only.
