Job Title : Senior Associate, Fund Management

Location : Singapore

About the Role
  • The Senior Associate will join our Fund Management team, supporting the strategic and operational management of real estate funds with a focus on logistics, industrial, data centre and infrastructure assets.
  • This role offers exposure to investor relations, deal execution, and capital raising activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fund Management : Assist in the oversight and performance monitoring of real estate funds, with a focus on assets in China and India.
  • Investor Relations : Support investor communications, reporting, and queries; prepare investor presentations and updates.
  • Due Diligence : Sourcing investment opportunities; researching and evaluating target assets and partnerships.
  • Deal Execution : Participate in acquisitions and divestments, including financial analysis, due diligence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Including evaluation of target companies, structuring transactions, valuation and modelling, scenario analysis and divestment management.
  • Capital Raising : Contribute to fundraising initiatives, including preparation of marketing materials, data room management, and engagement with prospective investors.
  • Portfolio Analysis and Management : Conduct market research and portfolio performance reviews to support investment decisions and fund strategy.
  • Financial Reporting : Coordinate with Fund Finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely fund‑level reporting and administration, including NAV calculations and audit processes.
  • Compliance & Governance : Support regulatory compliance, fund governance, and internal control processes in partnership with Group Compliance team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • 4‑6 years of relevant experience in fund management, investment banking, private equity, or real estate.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the China or India real estate markets, particularly Asia Pacific is a plus.
