Senior Associate, Business Management Office Equity Institutional Sales (EIS), Global Financial Markets - ( WD79763 )

Business Function

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Business Management Office team, supporting Equity Institutional Sales under Global Financial Markets. This role is suited for a candidate with trade support knowledge and offers hands‑on experience across trade processing and coordination with various stakeholders. The candidate will also gain exposure to client servicing, including account opening, periodic reviews, and static data maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely trade confirmations
  • Respond to trade settlement‑related queries from clients
  • Liaison with Backoffice and counterparties to ensure accurate and timely settlement
  • Dissemination of corporation action to Institutional clients and ensure timely receipt of response
  • Support Team Lead on daily trade management and trade amendments
  • Perform periodic reviews i.e. Counterparty due diligence & BCAN review.
  • Work with Tech to resolve issues such as incomplete file loads/ accounts setup issue.
  • Provide backup support for Client Servicing function, including assisting with account opening, periodic client reviews and maintenance of static data
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and project assignment from the Team Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of trade settlement processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
