The Digital Banking team plays an instrumental role in DBS's push in the innovation space. We lead the digital strategy for consumer banking and build the foundations critical for the desired digital customer journey. This role is crucial to DBS's commitment to leading the marketing in digital platform capabilities. As a Digital Platform Specialist, you will champion initiatives to improve digibank app and web longevity as well as reusability of functionalities.

Responsibilities
  • Define clear and concise business requirements for digital platform initiatives. Design and refine customer and employee journeys to ensure best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with digital standards and perform rigorous checks and reviews to ensure governance processes are adhered to and developed according to platform guiding principles.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative digital solutions
  • Review and analyse established thresholds for negative customer impact and ensure they are reported and investigated in a timely manner. Post investigation, implement solutions to address NCIs from recurring.
  • Support the execution of communications during digital platform crisis by scheduling and posting updates for customers.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in banking and financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience developing and executing digital strategies to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with cross‑functional teams
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, with strong presentation skills, communication skills and critical thinking
