Job description

• Oversee facilities and hospitality operations across clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance, contractor performance, and effective maintenance delivery.
• Manage budgets, tenders, contracts, and KPIs to support efficient outsourcing, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical, dental, and physiotherapy equipment, including licensing renewals and vendor management.
• Support facilities development projects by coordinating renovations, managing documentation, tracking costs, processing claims, and ensuring timely project completion.
• Assist in end-to-end project management, including risk identification, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and ensuring works do not disrupt clinic operations.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, or Facilities Management, with 2–3 years of related working experience.
• Competent in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools, with good understanding of WSH requirements and strong communication skills.
