As a key member of the clinic operations team, you will drive operational excellence and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience. You will optimise critical touchpoints along the patient journey, ensuring every patient receives seamless care and have a positive experience at every visit.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 20-40 frontline staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of assigned Specialist Clinic(s)

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, Office of Patient Experience, Finance, to ensure smooth and efficient processes for patients and staff

  • Optimise, plan and allocate clinic resources for current and new services

  • Monitor clinic key performance indicators (KPIs), uphold service standards, and implement solutions to achieve targeted outcomes

  • Take on projects assigned, and any other duties assigned from time to time

  • Assist Senior Manager with planning and reporting activities

Requirements
  • Degree in any relevant discipline

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, preferably in healthcare industry

  • Possess leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
