Senior Assistant Manager (Healthcare Operation)

As a Senior Assistant Manager (Healthcare Operation), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Involve in the process of workflow implementation for clinics.
• Ensure the compliance of operational policies and procedures of clinics.
• Facilitate integration and synergies of workflows across clinics.
• Support in the talent acquisition, engagement and performance management strategies of clinic personnel.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial and non-financial data to track performance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Assist in new clinics licensing and set-up.
• Maintain effective communication and information-sharing systems within the organisation and stakeholders.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant field.
