Job description

This role plays an important part to

  1. Facilitate healthcare workforce planning and optimisation process for the different healthcare professions; and
  2. Working with multiple stakeholders to review Group HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness and effectively roll out group-level policies across institutions.
Facilitate healthcare workforce planning and optimisation initiatives
  1. Analyze employment data and trends
  2. Facilitating the review of manpower demand and supply projections for the respective family groups
  3. Facilitating engagements with Senior Management, Government agencies and healthcare professions on manpower productivity and optimization initiatives
Group HR Policy
  1. Review HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness
  2. Provide guidance to Site HR teams’ queries to ensure adherence to Group HR policies
  3. Collaborate with Policy representatives from various institutions harmonize practices
Requirements
  1. Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation in HR practice
  2. Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels
  3. Strong writing skills to articulate policies and procedures clearly and effectively
  4. Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably Human Resource, Business and related field
