Job description

You will provide operational support in monitoring of performances and provision of insights for clinical quality indicators, such as SingHealth Balance Score Card, SGH Management Committee (MC), SGH Quality Council (QC) Quality and Patient Safety Indicators, Patient Safety Council Dashboard and Clinical Departments Clinical Quality Indicators (CQI).

Your job duties include:

• Develop appropriate methodologies for data extraction and data analysis
• Maintain detailed documentation of analytical findings
• Engage Patient Safety Officers and Head of Departments to gather insights and improve underperforming indicator, and review clinical performance indicators
• Collate data from various sources for reporting purposes
• Report all indicators in the reporting template in Infopedia
• Work with Data Analyst to automate process of data extraction and processing of data
• Prepare and manage meeting materials, documentation for projects and ensure follow-ups on project status updates
• Maintain department's documentation repository, performance tracking systems and dashboards
• Participate in quality improvement projects
