A public policy organization in Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Director for Strategic Planning and Transformation. This role involves working with senior management to lead company transformation initiatives, overseeing strategic planning cycles, and guiding business units to identify key areas for improvement. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement. This is a 2-year full-time contract with possibilities for renewal.
The Senior Assistant Director (Strategic Planning and Transformation) will have the opportunity to work closely with TAL’s senior management to lead and drive the review of the company’s vision, mission, branding and core values. He or she will partner TAL’s business units closely to identify key areas for transformation, guide the development of plans and strategies and spearhead the building of new capabilities to achieve strong and effective business outcomes. He or she will also need to oversee the strategic planning cycle and organisational strategy roadmap, which will include horizon scanning to understand emerging trends and regular strategic business reviews and priority settings for TAL and its business units.

Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of TAL with an option to renew, contingent upon performance and subject to the organisation's needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
