Job summary

A leading construction and engineering company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architect to coordinate design drawings and supervise architectural works. The ideal candidate has a degree in architecture and a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with high-rise projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with approved specifications, managing BIM data, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Qualifications

Job Description

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mockup for early approval
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compile as-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for project of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
• Having experience in High Rise Building Project would be bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.
